Both homeowners and landlords are increasingly required to install water efficient fixtures and appliances in their homes. It is now mandatory that landlords receive a Water Assessment Certificate from a Approved Licensed Plumber before they can on charge the water bill to new tenants.

The Water Efficiency Assessment Service includes the following:
1. We will test all relevant internal cold taps, showerheads, and toilets for compliance to the current minimum water efficiency standards.
2. A full report will be issued to you, the property owner, clearly detailing the areas that do not meet current water efficiency standards. As part of this report you will receive recommendations for improvements and costs associated, required to meet the current standards.
3. Once the property complies with the current water efficiency standards, we will issue you a certified Water Efficiency Certificate.

Water Efficient Products
Many household products and fittings are now approved under the National Water Conservation Labelling Scheme.
